摘　　要：B细胞淋巴瘤10(B cell lymphoma-10,BCL10)是调控先天性免疫的重要功能基因,对免疫指标有重要的影响。本研究利用候选基因法策略,在猪中探讨BCL10基因多态与血液参数性状的关系。利用Hin P1I-RFLP技术对658头大白猪BCL10的基因型进行了检测,用Pop Gene3.2和SAS对BCL10基因的遗传结构及其与血液参数性状表型变异的关系进行了分析。结果表明:该基因第3外显子144位置处存在T>C变异,并处于遗传不平衡状态。混合线性模型分析结果表明,BCL10基因对白细胞数有极显著影响(P<0.01),其中CC型极显著高于TT型和TC型,TT型与TC型之间没有显著差异;同时对淋巴细胞数也有显著影响(P<0.05),CC型显著高于TT型,TC型与其它两种基因型间没有显著差异,TT型的淋巴细胞数最低。结果提示,BCL10基因的多态性与大白猪的部分血液参数(白细胞数和淋巴细胞数)极显著或显著关联,故其可用于猪相应免疫性状选择的分子标记。B-cell lymphoma 10 （BCL10） is an important functional gene that regulates innate immune and has an important influence on immune parameters. In this study, the relationship between the polymorphism of BCLIO gene in pigs and blood parameters traits were explored by candidate gene approach strategies. Genotype of BCLIO of 658 Large White were detected by HinPlI-RFLP technique, genetic structure of BCLIO gene and its relationship with phenotypic variation in blood parameters were analyzed by PopGene 3.2 and SAS. The results showed that 144 positions of the gene exon 3 exist T〉C mutation with a genetic imbalance state. Mixed linear mode] analysis showed that BCL10 gene had a very significant effect （P〈0.01） on the white blood cell count, CC genotype was significantly higher than q3＂ and TC genotype but there was no significant difference between them; Meanwhile, the SNP also had a significant effect （P〈0.05） on the lymphocyte count, CC type was significantly higher than the TT and TC genotype, with no significant difference between the other two genotypes, lymphocyte count of TF type were minimum. The results suggested that the polymorphism of BCLIO gene were extremely significant or significant association with some of the blood parameters in Large White （white blood cell count and lymphocyte count）, so it can be used as a molecular marker of pig immune traits selection.
