摘  要:本试验旨在探究日粮中添加植物乳杆菌活菌、菌液、培养液和灭活菌液对肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,试验选取300只健康的、体重相近的1 d AA肉仔鸡,随机分配到5个处理组中,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复10只。结果表明:7~21 d,添加培养液和灭活菌液组肉仔鸡的ADG(P〈0.05)显著高于对照组,22~42 d,与对照组相比,培养液组的ADG显著提高(P〈0.05),培养液组和灭活组的饲料增重比均显著降低。21 d,试验组肉仔鸡的IgA显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),饲喂培养液组肉仔鸡的IL-2显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。42 d,饲喂活菌、菌液组肉仔鸡血清中的IgG显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)、培养液组和灭活组;试验组肉仔鸡的IgA、IFN-γ和IL-2均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),饲喂活菌组、菌液组和培养液组对肉仔鸡血清中IL-6均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);因此,添加植物乳杆菌活菌、菌液、培养液和灭活菌液均可提高肉仔鸡生长性能和和免疫功能。The objective of this experiment was to evaluate effects of lactobaeillus, lactobacillus liquid, lactobacillus culture, inactivated lactobacillus culture on growth performance and immune function in broilers. A total of 300 one- day-old birds were randomly assigned to five treatments with 6 replicates and ten birds per pen. The results showed that compared to the control, the average daily gain in lactobacillus euhure group and inactivated lactobaeillus culture group increased significandy during 7-21(P〈0.05). During d 22~42, the ADG of lactobacillus culture group increased significantly than that of control group (P〈0.05). The FCR of lactobaeillus culture group and inactivated lactobacillus culture group increased significantly than that of control group (P〈0.05). At d 21, the IgA of the experiment groups increased significantly than that of the control(P〈0.05). The IL-2 in lactobacilIus culture group increased significantly than that of the control (P〈0.05). At d 42 , compared to the control, the IgG of lactobacillus group and lactobacillus liquid group increased significantly (P〈0.05), the contents of IgA, IFN-γ and IL-2 of treatment groups increased significantly (P〈0.05), the IL-6 of lactobacillusgroup, lactobacillus liquid group and lactobacillus culture group increased significantly (P〈0.05). These results indicated that adding lactobacillus, lactobacillus liquid, lactobacillus culture, inactivated lactobacillus culture can improve the growth performance and immune function in broilers.
