摘　　要：首先,利用非协调覆盖决策系统的属性约简方法和知识表达系统中差别矩阵的决策属性约简方法,针对同一个房屋销售问题,对房屋的属性进行属性约简,得到的共同属性可增强决策的可靠性,然后分析了两种方法的异同点以及分别适用的情况,最后得到了粗糙集的属性约简方法在房屋销售中有很好的应用的结论。First,use the coordination of coverage decision system attribute reduction method,and use knowledge expression system of decision attribute reduction method of differential matrix,According to the same home sales problem,attributing reduction of attributes of the building,the common attributes can enhance the reliability of the decision.And then,analyzes the similarities and differences of the two methods and applicable conditions respectively.Finally,obtained the attributes reduction of rough set method has a good application in home sales.
