肠内外营养支持治疗在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的对ICU机械通气患者给予肠内营养支持和肠外营养支持,对比其临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月-2015年8月收治ICU机械通气患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例患者采用肠内营养支持,对照组32例患者采用肠外营养支持,治疗7 d后,对比两组血红蛋白和血清白蛋白含量、营养费用、机械通气时间及不良反应情况。结果治疗7 d后观察组和对照组血红蛋白含量与机械通气时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗7 d后的血清白蛋白高于对照组,营养费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%（1/30）,对照组不良反应发生率为25.00%（8/32）,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肠内营养支持治疗ICU机械通气效果良好,安全性高。Objective To provide enteral nutritional support and parenteral nutrition support for patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU, so as to compare its clinical effect. Methods 62 ICU mechanical ventilation patients in our hospital, from March 2014 to August 2015, randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group（30 patients） was treated with enteral nutrition support, the control group（32 patients）was treated with parenteral nutrition support. After 7 days treatment, two groups of hemoglobin and serum albumin levels, nutritional costs, mechanical ventilation time and adverse reactions were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the hemoglobin content of the observation group and the control group after 7 days of treatment（P〈0.05）, the observation group after 7 days of treatment, the serum albumin was higher than the control group, the nutritional cost was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%（1/30）, the control group adverse reaction rate was 25.00%（8/32）, the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enteral nutrition support in the treatment of ICU mechanical ventilation effect is good, high safety.
