摘　　要：目的分析DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗对食管癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取31例食管癌患者作为研究对象,对比所有患者DCCIK细胞免疫治疗前后的免疫功能改善情况。结果 CD3^+T、NK细胞表达水平均升高(P<0.05),Treg细胞表达水平降低(P<0.05);INF-γ、IL-2表达水平均升高(P<0.05)。结论 DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗可提高食管癌患者的细胞免疫功能,有效控制癌变病情进展。Objective To analyze the effect of DC-CIK cell immunotherapy on immune function in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 31 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as study subjects, and the improvement of immune function before and after DC-CIK cells were compared in all patients. Results The expression levels of CD3＋T and NK were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. The expression level of Treg cells was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. The expression levels of INFand IL-2 were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion DC-CIK cell immunotherapy can improve the cellular immune function in patients with esophageal cancer, and effectively control the progression of the disease.
