摘　　要：目的观察改良巩膜缩短术治疗单纯限局性孔源性视网膜脱离临床效果。方法单纯限局性孔源性视网膜脱离32例32眼,应用改良巩膜缩短术进行治疗。结果随访3-9个月,32眼视网膜均成功复位。结论改良巩膜缩短术治疗单纯限局性孔源性视网膜脱离效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of modified scleral shortening in the treatment of simple limit Bureau hole retinal detachment clinical effect. Methods Simple limit bureau hole retinal detachment 32（32 eyes）, modified scleral shortening treatment. Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 9 months, 32 eyes with retina was successfully reset. Conclusion Sclera relationship surgery in the treatment of simple limit Bureau of hole source of retinal detachment effect is good.
