精神分裂症阳性家族史与脑电地形图异常的关系研究

摘  要:目的:探讨精神分裂症患者阳性家族史与脑电地形图(BEAM)异常的关系。方法:对118例阳性和258例阴性家族史精神分裂症患者的BEAM异常率进行分析,将有关结果行统计学处理。结果:阳性家族史组BEAM异常率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05),高发家系者BEAM异常率更高;先证者与家族患病者血缘关系越近,BEAM异常率越高。BEAM改变以轻-中度异常为主,表现为额、颞区θ、δ频域功率增高,α频域功率减弱或增高及β频域功率的普遍减弱。结论:阳性家族史与精神分裂症患者的BEAM异常有关,异常率高低与先证者血缘的远近关系密切,BEAM改变可为精神分裂症的异质性研究提供某些神经电生理依据。Objective: To investigate the relationship between positive family history and brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM)abnormality of schizophrenia. Methods: The BEAM abnormality rate of 118 positive and 258 negative family history schizophrenia patients was analyzed. Results: BEAM abnormality rate in the positive family history group was substantially higher than that of negative family history group (P〈0.05).The BEAM abnormality rate was much higher in patients from high risk pedigree. The closer relation between the proband and the family member made, the higher BEAM abnormality rate they had. The BEAM changing was mainly low to moderate abnormality, showing higher power of 0 and 5 frequencies on frontal and temporal region, lower and higher power of ct frequency and general lower power of 13 frequency. Conclusion: The relationship between positive family history and BEAM abnormality, the relationship between high-low abnormality rate and proband's consanguinit can provide neuro-electro-biological basis for the heterogeneous research.
