摘 要:目的分析新疆南疆5市37区县2015年度新生儿疾病筛查血片质量情况,探讨南疆地区2015年新生儿疾病筛查不合格血片的原因。方法根据《新生儿疾病筛查血片采集技术规范》对南疆地区2015年新生儿疾病筛查的血片质量进行分析,统计不合格血片数量并分析造成不合格的原因。结果新疆南疆地区2015年度筛查新生儿192 633例,筛查率为62.716%;首次采集血片不合格数5900例,不合格率为3.000%;首次补采血片2029例,平均首次补采率为34.39%;共有六类不合格血片构成,最主要原因是血片污染。结论血片采集是新生儿疾病筛查的重要环节,血片质量是否合格将直接影响新生儿疾病筛查检测结果的准确性,提高血片质量对南疆地区新生儿疾病筛查有重要的意义。Objective:Analysis of dried blood spot quality which collected first time in the south region of Xinjiang from 2015,and to discuss the reasons of unqualified sample. Methods:Under National technical specification to statistics the unqualified dried blood and analysis the reasons. Results:There are 192 633 neonates with neonatal screening from south region of Xinjiang in 2015. The screening rate was 62.716%. 5900 of them were unqualified which collected first time. The unqualify rate was 3.000%.The dried blood once more collected of the unqualified sample were 2029 neonates. The rate of recovery were 34.39%. There are six reasons for the unqualified sample,the primary factor is dried blood spot contaminated. Conclusion:Dried blood collection is important for neonatal screening,which could impact test results. Improve dried blood quality have valuable significance in this area.
