摘 要:目的:考察淋巴方颗粒的最佳提取及喷雾干燥工艺。方法:以苦参碱提取率和干浸膏得率为指标,以乙醇含量、加水量、提取时间和提取次数为因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选淋巴方颗粒的最佳提取工艺。以喷干收粉率和膏粉含水率为考察指标,以料液在80℃的相对密度、进风温度和出风温度为因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选淋巴方颗粒的最佳干燥工艺。结果:优选出最佳提取工艺条件为:药材加8倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5h,煎液用65%乙醇沉淀。最佳干燥工艺条件为:进风温度176~185℃,出风温度91~95℃,料液的相对密度1.06~1.07(80℃)。结论:该工艺稳定实用,提取率高,可用于淋巴方颗粒的制备。Objective:To optimize the extraction and spray drying technology for the preparation of Linba recipe granules(LRG).Methods:The LRG extraction technology was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal design with the concentration of alcohol,the amount of water,the extraction time and the extraction times as factors,while the extractive rate of matrine and the yield of dry extractum were used as reference indexes.The spray drying technology of LRG was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal design with the relative density of the extractive liquor(at 80 ℃),temperature of intake airflow and outlet airflow as factors,while the dry powder yield and water contained ratio of powder as reference indexes.Results:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:the preparation with 8times of water boiled out twice,once for 1.5hours.Then,the decoction was precipitated with65% alcohol.The optimal spray drying technology was as follows:intake airflow temperature was 176-185 ℃,outlet airflow temperature was 91-95℃,relative density of the extractive liquor was 1.06-1.07 at 80℃.Conclusion:This preparation technology was stable and practical with a high yield of extraction,and it could be used for the preparation of LRG with a high yield.
