摘　　要：The aim of this paper is to study the exact controllability of the Petrovsky equation. Under some checkable geometric assumptions, we establish the observability inequality via the multiplier method for the Dirichlet control problem.The aim of this paper is to study the exact controllability of the Petrovsky equation.
