探究型护理专业教师核心能力的现象学研究

摘  要:目的:了解探究型护理教师应该具备哪些核心能力,为逐步构建科学、合理的探究型护理专业教师队伍提供参考依据。方法运用诠释现象学的理论和方法,对13名护理专业人员进行半结构式、面对面的深度访谈,采用Colaizzi资料分析原则对资料进行整理分析。结果归纳出探究型护理专业教师三大核心能力:课堂教学能力、护理科研能力、教学反思能力。结论构建探究型护理教师队伍是我国护理教育发展的必然需求和趋势所在,各个护理院校应顺应这一趋势以核心能力为基础不断积极探索新的教学模式和教学手段。Objective To discuss the core competencies of the teachers of nursing specialty devoting to explo-ring and studying, so as to provide references for building a scientific and reasonable team of nursing teachers gradual-ly. Methods A total of 13 nursing staffs were given a semi-structured face to face in-depth interviews by the hermeneu-tic phenomenological theory and method. The data was collected and analyzed by the principles of Colaizzi. Results Three core competencies of the teachers of nursing specialty devoting to exploring and studying were summarized: teach-ing ability shown in the classroom, ability of research and ability to reflect on teaching. Conclusions The construction of the nursing teachers team is an inevitable demand and trend for the development of China's nursing education. Each nursing college should follow this trend and continue to explore new teaching models and teaching methods actively base on the core competencies.
