摘  要:以康乃馨(Dianthus cargophyllus)切花为试材,3%蔗糖、250 mg/L柠檬酸和50 mg/L 6-BA为基础保鲜液,分别添加150 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)、15 g/L CaCl_2和100 mg/L AgNO_3,以蒸馏水作对照,研究不同试剂组合对康乃馨切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,AgNO_3处理能显著增加切花鲜重,维持切花水分平衡,并能有效维持切花鲜重,抑菌效果好,显著延长切花瓶插寿命,瓶插寿命可达19.7 d,是理想的保鲜液;其次为8-HQ处理,瓶插寿命为15.8 d,比对照处理增加81.6%;而CaCl_2处理不利于康乃馨切花保鲜。Taking cut flowers of carnation(Dianthus cargophyllus) as materials,3% sucrose,250 mg / L citric acid and 50 mg / L6-BA were the based retain freshness liquid. There were four treatments adding medicament, respectively,150 mg / L 8-HQ,15 g / L CaCl_2 and 100 mg / L AgNO_3,with distilled water as control. The fresh-keeping effects and the vase life of carnation cut flowers were studied. The results showed that AgNO_3 treatment could significantly increase the fresh weight of cut flower,maintain water balance, and could effectively maintain the fresh weight of cut, and bacteriostatic effect was best. It could significantly extend the life of carnation cut flowers to 19.7 d, and it was the ideal fresh carnation fluid. Secondly was 8-HQ treatment. The vase life was 15.8 d, increased by 81.6% than distilled water treatment. And CaCl_2 was not conducive to carnation cut flowers fresh.
