牙本质保护膜在活髓牙全冠预备后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察劲润牙本质保护膜对活髓基牙全冠牙体预备后脱敏的实用性。方法采用自身对照设计,将46例患者的92颗需要做金属烤瓷全冠修复的活髓基牙用抽签的方式分为试验组和对照组,分别使用劲润牙本质保护膜和温蒸馏水涂抹牙预备体表面,测试患牙脱敏前、脱敏后即刻、修复体粘固前的NRS值。结果试验组在脱敏后即刻、修复体粘固前的NRS值均低于对照组,且存在统计学差异。结论劲润牙本质保护膜的应用能有效缓解活髓基牙牙体预备后的敏感症状。Objective This research aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of hybrid coat on postoperative hypersensitivity in vital teeth preparation for crown restoration.Methods Self-paired design and numerical rating scales（NRS）was used in this clinical trial to investigate the effect of applied on sensitivity of abutment teeth after crown preparation.92 teeth after crown preparation in 46 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The dentin surface was treated by Hybrid coat in testing group and the dentin surface was treated by warm sterile water as placebo in control group.The patients were recalled for a NRS test of sensitivity of the prepared teeth before dentin hypersensitivity,after dentin hypersensitivity and before the cement prosthesis Results The NRS test result after dentin hypersensitivity and before the cement prosthesis in the testing group were decreased comparing to the control group.Conclusion Hybrid coat is effective on relieving the dentin hypersensitivity of the vital teeth prepared for crowns.
