多烯环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药对慢性根尖周炎患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察多烯环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药对慢性根尖周炎患儿的疗效及预后情况。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月收治的乳牙根尖周炎患儿122例为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各61例,其中对照组采用常规根管内封入甲醛甲酚药捻进行治疗,观察组采用根管内封入多烯环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂进行治疗,对比两组患儿的疗效及预后情况。结果观察组治疗成功率及治疗后的根尖骨密度平均增长值均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组封药≥2次的牙数显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用多烯环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂的治疗方案对于慢性根尖周炎患儿具有十分显著的疗效,能够明显缓解患儿的各项症状,且疗效优于常规甲醛甲酚药捻治疗,可在临床推广应用。Objective To explore curative effect and prognosis of the doxycycline combined with calcium hydroxide intracanal medicament on children with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 122 patients with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation.The control group was treated with conventional root canal sealed formocresol drug twist treatment.The observation group was placed in the root canal of polyene ring in combination with calcium hydroxide paste treatment.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of periapical bone density and growth values of observation group after were significantly higher than that of the control group.Number of drug sealing more than 2times of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group.VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant value（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment with doxycycline combined with calcium hydroxide paste has a significant curative effect on patients with chronic periapical periodontitis in children,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms in children.
