摘 要:为了改善膨润土的吸附性能和使用性能,以N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)为单体,进行自由基聚合制备聚N-乙烯基甲酰胺(PNVF),将PNVF在碱性条件下水解,得到胺化度为98.5%的聚乙烯胺(PVAm),再将PVAm插层到膨润土层间,制备出高胺化度PVAm改性膨润土。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、χ射线衍射(XRD)和热重(TG-DTG)表征插层膨润土的结构,用分光光度法分析PVAm改性膨润土对食醋的澄清效果。结果表明,PVAm成功插入膨润土层间,扩大了膨润土的层间距,从而提高了其吸附性能;PVAm改性膨润土对食醋澄清的最佳工艺条件是:添加量22.5 g/L、搅拌时间14 min、作用温度45℃,处理过的食醋放置6个月无沉淀。In order to improve the absorption and utilization performance of bentonite, polyvinylformamide(PNVF) was synthesized with N-vinyl formamide as raw materials; the polyvinylamide(PVAm) with amination degree 98.5% was prepared by the alkali hydrolysis of PNVF; PVAm was intercalated into bentonite to prepare PVAm intercalation bentonite with high amination degree. The structure of PVAm intercalation bentonite was characterized by FTIR, XRD and TG-DTG. Effects of PVAm intercalation bentonite on vinegar clarification were analyzed by infrared spectum analysis. The results showed that PVAm had been inserted into bentonite layers successfully, which improved the absorption properties of bentonite by expanding the interlayer spacing, and the optimal conditions of vinegar clarification with PVAm intercalation bentonite were as follows: addition amount 22.5 g / L, agitation time 14 min, and action temperature 45 ℃. The vinegar treated with PVAm intercalation bentonite could be stored for 6 months without any sedimentation problem.
