文化教育为导向的工业建筑再生设计——以厦华电子旧厂为例

摘　　要：作为城市空间更新的重要组成部分,工业建筑再生一直以来备受各界关注。经过几十年的实践,工业建筑再生的理论形成相对完整的体系,但关于以文化教育为导向的工业建筑再生设计手法的归纳少之又少。本文从工业建筑改造背景、文化教育导向改造案例和再生手法并通过厦华电子旧厂的改造实践来摸索和总结基于文化教育的厂房改造设计的新途径。As an important part of urban space update, industrial building regeneration has been much concern.After decades of practice, theory and practice of industrial building regeneration summary form a relatively complete system, but on cultural education oriented industrial building regeneration induction few design techniques.From the industry architecture background, culture and educationoriented transformation of the case and the transformation technique and practice through the transformation of the old factory in Xia Hua Electronics to explore new ways to summarize and transform culture-based plant design education.
