摘 要:通过研究Al2O3、SiO2对烧结液相生成的影响及分析实际烧结生产中烧结矿Al2O3/SiO2比值不同范围下对转鼓强度的影响,得出烧结配料Al2O3/SiO2控制在0.30~0.355有利于烧结矿质量的提高。在此基础上,进一步探讨了马钢烧结配料Al2O3/SiO2应该控制的水平及3个炼铁总厂烧结矿现Al2O3水平下SiO2含量适宜的控制范围,并提出了针对性的调整建议。Through studying the effect of Al2O3 and SiO2on the formation of sintering liquid phase and analyzing the effect of different ranges of Al2O3/SiO2 ratio on sinter drum strength in actual sintering production,it was found that the Al2O3/SiO2 ratio in sintering burden controlled between 0.30-0.355 was favorable for improving sinter quality.On this basis,it was further discussed on the suitable control level of Al2O3/SiO2 in Masteel sintering as well as the appropriate control range of SiO2 content under the current Al2O3 level in the sintering of the three ironmaking works,while specific adjustment recommendations were put forward.
