左半结肠切除Ⅰ期吻合术治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨用左半结肠切除Ⅰ期吻合术治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月-2014年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者44例,将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组22例。其中对照组患者以结肠次全切除术进行治疗,治疗组患者以左半结肠切除Ⅰ期吻合术进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:治疗组指标均优于对照组,如手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组患者术后生活质量高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左半结肠切除Ⅰ期吻合术治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻具有较好的效果,临床上可进行广泛使用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture in the treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Method：From January 2009 to December 2014,44 cases in our hospital for treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were selected,the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with colon subtotal resection for treatment,the treatment group was treated with left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture for treatment,the treatment effect was observed and compared in two groups of patients.Result：The indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,such as operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The living quality after operation in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture in the treatment of complicated with intestinal obstruction have a good effect,can be widely used in clinical practice.
