微生态制剂对肝硬化自发性腹膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究米雅与金双歧在肝硬化自发性细菌性腹膜炎(spontaneous bacterial peritonitis accompanying hepatocirrhosis,SBP)治疗中的作用。方法:将120例肝硬化SBP患者按机械抽样法随机分为常规治疗组和微生态治疗组,每组60例。常规治疗组采用抗感染、利尿、输注白蛋白等常规综合治疗,微生态治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用微生态制剂米雅与金双歧,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果:微生态治疗组与常规治疗组治愈率与总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自发性腹膜炎的细菌来自于自身肠道劣势菌的大量繁殖和易位,通过血液、淋巴、肠壁进入腹腔,米雅、金双歧能够补充肠道的有益生理菌群,调节肠道菌群平衡,增强免疫,缓解临床症状,控制SBP发生发展,提高治愈率。Objective：To study the therapeutical effect of Mia with Golden bifid on spontaneous bacterial peritonitis accompanying hepatocirrhosis（SBP）.Method：120 patients with SBP were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and micro ecological treatment group according to the mechanical sampling method,60 cases in each group.conventional treatment group adopted routine comprehensive treatment such as anti-infection,protecting liver,diuresis,albumin infusion,micro ecological treatment group was applied to probiotics Mia with golden bifid on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The difference between the two groups about cure rate and the total effective rate was obvious,which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bacteria of spontaneous peritonitis are from their a large number of breeding and translocation via blood,lymphatic,the intestinal wall into the abdominal cavity.Mia and gold bifid can supply intestinal beneficial physiological flora,adjust the balance of intestinal flora,enhance immunity,relieve the clinical symptoms,control SBP development and improve the cure rate.
