过程视角的创业能力形成研究综述

摘　　要：创业能力有助于创业者开发创业机会、赢得创业成功,然而,目前的相关研究广泛而零散,缺乏综合性和系统性。在系统回顾现有文献的基础上,首先基于创业过程的活动特征与规律,同时考虑创业者特质,界定了创业能力的概念、特点和构成;然后,从创业能力形成的影响因素、可能产生的结果效应、发挥作用的情景因素等方面,总结和评述了创业能力研究进展;最后,展望了未来研究方向。Entrepreneurial capabilities can help entrepreneurs to identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities and win the success of the business .How ever ,the present literature is diverse ,highly individualistic and fragmented ,hindering the development of entrepreneurial capabilities as a promising research area .The main purpose of this paper is to system‐atically summarize and analyzes the present research situation of the entrepreneurial capabilities based on the comprehen‐sive review of existing research .First of all ,the concept and the characteristics of entrepreneurial capabilities are defined based on the characteristics of the entrepreneurial process and the entrepreneurs＇individual characteristics .Secondly ,the present research progress of the entrepreneurial capabilities from the following aspects are summarized and analyzed ,such as the influencing factors ,the possible results ,the situational factors of entrepreneurial capabilities and so on .Finally , the future research directions are suggested .
