摘 要:针对地连墙施工中采用锁口管连接接头拉拔问题的处理难点,结合深圳中航二期地连墙某槽段锁口管拉拔问题处理的方法进行说明。主要施工方法是凿除锁口管两边临开挖侧的混凝土,使露出钢筋及锁口管,切除锁口管,结合受力计算,在开挖槽内制作钢筋笼,与原地连墙钢筋焊接,并浇筑混凝土覆盖。结合现有理论研究,分析残余锁口管生锈膨胀可能,并结合实际使用情况证明处理方法有效。In this paper,an example from some groove segment of the second phase of the project of China Aviation Technology Shenzhen Co.,LTD was given to show how to solve the difficulty in drawing joint of lock aperture tube during the construction of diaphragm walls. The key points are as follows. First,chisel off the concrete on both sides of the tube near the end to be excavated so as to expose rebar and lock aperture tube,then cut off exposed lock aperture tube,and then make reinforcement cages in the excavated trench and weld them with the existing rebar of diaphragm walls,and finally pour concrete. Some existing theories were applied to analyze the possibility of expansion due to rust for the residual steel tube. Actual operation shows that such a solution is effective.
