摘　　要：目的 评估A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸注射治疗面下1/3皮肤衰老的安全性和有效性。方法 选择符合手术适应证的56例面下1/3皮肤衰老患者,在局部表面麻醉下,行多位点透明质酸和A型肉毒毒素注射治疗。术后随访,观察并评估治疗前后的临床效果、疗效维持时间,记录不良反应。结果 治疗后,所有患者面下1/3形态较术前丰满、自然;术后随访1~6个月,患者满意率达到91.1%;术后6个月无不良事件出现。结论 应用A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸注射治疗面部下1/3皮肤衰老的患者,临床效果显著,且安全性好。Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of botulinum toxin A and hyaluronic acid injection in the treatment of the aged skin one-third below the face and observe the clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 56 patients, who had been suffering aged skin one-third below the face and had operative indications, received local surface anesthesia and were injected with hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin A. Post-operation follow-up visit was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the time such efficacy lasts for and record adverse reactions. Rvtml~ After the treatment, the skin one-third below the face of all patients was plumper and more natural than that before the operation; according to the one- to six-month post-operation follow-up visits, the satisfaction rate of the patients reached 91.1%; and no adverse event occurred within six months after the operation. Conclusio Botulinum toxin A and hyaluronic acid injection is safe and effective in the treatment of the aged skin one-third below the face.
