摘　　要：文山学院转型发展需要重新定位办学模式。培养实用型、创新型、应用型人才就要提升学生的实践能力和科技创新能力。化学专业的转型要凸显"分析测试、化工工艺、化学教育"职业就业能力,使更好地服务学生立体化、多元化就业、创业。因此,在基础专业课程、专业能力课程、职业能力课程等的设计中要凸显服务就业、创业。After promotion of Wenshan University, it relocates education purposes, training practical, creative, applied talents and improving students’ practical and creative ability to meet students’ employment and enterprising demands. Chemistry profession transformation proifles“analyzing and testing, chemical technology and education”employment abilities, which provides multi-level and three-dimensional service to students. All the courses design, including basic professional courses, professional ability courses and vocational ability courses, proifles employment and enterprising service.
