摘　　要：中国原发性肺癌诊疗规范(2015年版)详细阐述肺癌的早期筛查、临床表现、影像学特征、内窥镜检查、实验室检查、病理分子学诊断和治疗进展,尤其是对治疗方案的深入阐释,对临床工作具有重要的指导意义。本文对该规范中的治疗方案作进一步解读。Chinese lung cancer treatment guideline （2015 edition） describes the pre-diagnosis screening in early phase, clinical performance, medical imaging, endoscope examination, laboratory examination, molecular pathological diagnosis and the progress of treatment. In particular, this article has an explicit explanation with detailed treatment analysis and sig- nificant clinical value.
