摘　　要：丁苯酞是近年国内开发的Ⅰ类新药,适应证为治疗轻中度急性缺血性脑卒中。本文将我院收治的1例非心源性栓塞性缺血性脑卒中患者超大剂量服用丁苯酞软胶囊的诊治经过进行报道。本病例提示丁苯酞软胶囊安全性高,超大剂量服用未发现明显肝肾功能损伤,与阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀联合应用药物间未出现明显的不良反应。Butyphthalide is a class I new drug domestically developed in recent years. The indication is for the treatment of mild to moderate acute ischemic stroke. This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with non-cardiogenic,embolic and ischemic stroke receiving extra large doses of butylphthalide soft capsules. This case demonstrated the desirable safety of butylphthalide soft capsules since extra large doses did not cause obvious hepatic and renal impairment. In addition,combination with aspirin and atorvastatin did not induce significant adverse reactions.
