依托优势学科先导性构建研究生创新型培养体系——以西安科技大学控制科学与工程为例

摘　　要：文章主要介绍依托西安科技大学省级优势学科控制科学与工程的先导性及特色,充分发挥学科优势,以"强化特色、改革创新、提高质量"作为治学方针,在研究生创新型教育中从课程体系建设、实践能力培养、师资队伍建设三个方面构建研究生培养体系进行了深入的研究与实践。This paper introduced the guiding performance and characteristics of the control science and engi- neering discipline of Xi＇an University of Science and Technology（XUST）. Emphasis was attached to the utilization of discipline superiorities and the teaching policies were represented by ＂strengthen characteristics, reform and inno- vate, improve the quality＂. Intensive study and actual practice were carried out on the innovative postgraduate training system from three aspects, namely, the construction of curriculum system, the training of practical ability and the construction of teaching staffs, for the purpose of innovative education.
