“创新创业”引领下的课程体系和实践教学体系研究——以辽宁科技大学工商管理专业为例

摘　　要：知识经济时代的教育不仅是一个学生就业培训处,而应是创新、创业能力教育。大学应该成为创造创业型人才成长的摇篮,教学生学会创业。即,在播种文明种子的过程中,课程教学内容要特别注重具有广泛迁移价值的学习方法和态度,并使这种学习方法和态度内化为学生结束课程学习后继续求知以适应瞬息万变之未来的基本能力。文章以辽宁科技大学工商管理专业为例,通过对"创新创业"引领下的课程体系和实践教学体系改革的现状进行必要性的分析,培养与企业发展相适应的实用性人才,实现高校人才培养模式和课程体系及实践教学体系的构建。Education in Knowledge Economy is not only a job training place for students, but should be an e-ducation for innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Universities should become the cradle for creating entrepreneurial talent and teaching students how to start. That is, in the process of sowing the seeds of civilization, teaching content pays attention to the learning methods and attitudes which have extensive migration value and transfers the learning methods and attitude to the basic ability to adapt to the changeable future in the end of course. This paper takes Liaoning University of Science and Business Administration as an example and analyses the state quo of curriculum system and practice teaching system reform under the guidance of ＂Innovation and Entrepreneurship＂, aiming at training practical talents adapting to the enterprise development and achieving the construction of training mode of talents in colleges, curriculum system and practical teaching system.
