参与科研对本科生能力培养的分析与思考

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,用人单位对本科生各方面能力的要求不断提高,参与科研是培养其综合能力的重要途径。鉴于目前我国本科生参与科研还处于小范围、起步阶段,结合指导本科生参与科研项目的经验,对未参与和参与科研的本科生在学习能力、创新能力等多方面做了分析和思考。With the development of society, employers require undergraduate students to have more ever-increasing abilities on various aspects, and participating in scientific research is an important approach to enhance all-round capabilities. Considering the small range and start stage of undergraduate students＂ scientific research in our country, the article analyzes the learning ability and innovation ability of students who don＇t join and join sci- entific research with the experience of guiding undergraduate students.
