摘　　要：近年来,中国大学生就业创业问题已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。不断创新高校指导理念和方式,切实加强大学生就业创业教育,显得尤为重要和紧迫。深入开展大学生就业创业教育,在工作要求上要把握就业创业教育的针对性、系统性、科学性、实效性;在工作内容上,要抓好专业引导、学业辅导、就业指导、创业倡导;在工作体系上坚持全面组织、全员参与、全程关注、全体覆盖。In recent years, the problems of employment and entrepreneurship of college students in China has become a hot issue in the whole society. It is particularly important and urgent to innovate constantly the guiding ideas and methods and strengthen effectively the education of employment and entrepreneurship of college students. And the education of employment and entrepreneurship of college students should be targeted, systematic, scientific and effective from the perspective of work requirements; Professional guidance, academic counseling, employment guidance and entrepreneurship advocacy should be grasped from the perspective of work content; It should adhere to the comprehensive organization, full participation, full attention, overall cover from the perspective of work system.
