摘 要:在信息时代背景下,学生的职业生涯规划和就业指导需要转变传统的思维,进行适当的创新。微课作为一种全新的教学策略和现代化的信息手段,对于提升教学质量、提升学生的规划效果具有十分重要的指导意义。鉴于此,文章以"高校就业指导微课程体系的构建"为主要研究对象,首先阐释了高校就业指导微课程体系构建的现实意义,然后从微平台的搭建、微课程的设计、微课程的推送以及一体化模式的运用四个层面论述了高校就业指导微课程体系构建的具体流程。文章研究的目的在于能够从微课程体系构建的角度,探索出高校就业指导的具体路径,以推动高校就业体系的现代化和科技化策略生成。Under the background of information age, students career planning and employment guidance need to change the traditional thinking, and make a proper innovation. The micro class, as a new teaching strategy and modern means of information, has a very important significance in enhancing the quality of teaching, and enhancing the effect of planning of students. In view of this, this paper regards the construction of the employment guidance in colleges and universities of micro courses system as the main research object, and firstly explains the realistic significance of employment guidance in colleges and universities of micro courses system construction. From four levels of micro platform, the curriculum design of micro, micro course of push and the application of integration mode, it discusses the specific processes constructed by the university employment guidance micro lesson course system. The purpose of this study is to explore specific path of employment guidance in colleges and universities in order to promote the modernization and scientific and technical strategy generation of employment system in colleges and universities from the micro curriculum perspective.
