摘　　要：随着糖尿病患病人数的增长,如何利用信息化技术管理糖尿病、控制并发症的发作是移动医疗领域面临的挑战。文章基于健康云平台研发糖尿病个性化管理应用,对糖尿病患者的基本信息、采集的生理信号数据、生活习惯、用药情况等进行挖掘分析,利用双重聚类推荐方法,为用户推送个性化生活方式、运动管理、用药方案等信息,引导用户选择更好的生活习惯,主动进行行为干预,从而控制并发症的发作,降低家庭在医疗健康的支出,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。With the increase of diabetes patients, how to use information technology to manage diabetes mellitus and control the onset of complications is the challenge in the mobile health field. Based on healthcare cloud platform, this paper developes a personalized diabetes mellitus management application, and analyzes the diabetic patients＇ basic information, physiological signal data, living habits, drug use situatlon and so on. We use bi-clustering methods to get information from similar diabetes mellitus patients on personalized lifestyle, sports management, medication programs and other information while pushing the information to diabetes mellitus patients for better control of the complications onset. Diabetes mellitus management application would help people with diabetes prevent the complication from attacking, reduce family medical expenses and improve the quality of their life.
