摘　　要：脑卒中是导致人们致死、致残的主要原因,现如今脑卒中的发病率逐年增高,而其发病年龄则呈现逐年下降的趋势。本文针对青年患者脑卒中的发病原因、危险因素、治疗方法以及预后等方面作一综述,旨在概括青年脑卒中目前的研究进展与研究方向,为疾病的研究提供相关参考。Stroke is the leading cause of lethal and disability of human beings. Nowadays, the mobility of stroke is increasing annually, while the episode age of stroke is decreasing yearly. This review puts emphasis on the pathogenesis, risk factors, treatments, and prognosis of stroke in youth, and aima at summerizing research progress and orientation of stroke in the young, which providing related reference of the disease.
