摘　　要：提出了培养化学工程与工艺专业应用型人才的建设理念。针对建设应用型专业的目标，从人才培养方案，课程建设及教学方法，教学管理制度，师资队伍建设等方面设计了改革方案，并进行了初步探索。According to the target location of running school of shanghai institute of technol- ogy, our school of chemical and environmental engineering presented the applied talents building concept for the major of chemical engineering and technology. The reform programs designed in terms of personnel training program, curriculum construction and teaching methods, teaching management system, and teaching stall The preliminary exploration of these reform programs have been done.
