阻燃重组装饰材(科技木)单板的生产工艺研究

摘　　要：以阿尤斯(非洲白木)单板为重组单元,在重组装饰单板染色工序中添加阻燃剂,采用常规冷压胶合工艺制备阻燃重组装饰单板并检测其理化和阻燃性能。结果表明:当阻燃剂浓度为5%、载药量达到4.0%时,可获得符合国标GB 8624-2012规定的阻燃B1级且胶合性能合格的重组装饰单板;随着载药量的增加,重组装饰材的阻燃性能提高、胶合强度逐渐降低。当载药量控制在6.2%以内时,重组装饰单板的胶合性能合格、甲醛释放量达到E1级;当载药量大于6.2%时,随着阻燃剂浓度的增大,其阻燃性能提高不明显。With ayous（ Triplochiton） veneer as the reconstitution,with flame-retardant agent added to the reconstituted decorative veneer dyeing process,conventional cold pressing gluing prepared reconstituted decorative veneer is used and its physicochemical properties and flame retardant properties are detected. The result shows that GB 8624-2012 provisions of flame retardant grade B1 and the bonding properties of qualified reconstituted decorative veneer can be obtained in the case of 5% concentration of flame retardant agent and drug loading capacity of 4. 0%; the flame-retardant performance of reconstituted decorative veneer increases with larger drug loading amount,but the bonding strength is gradually reduced. When the drug loading capacity is controlled within 6. 2%,the bonding performance of reconstituted decorative veneer is qualified,with formaldehyde emissions reaching Level E1,when the drug loading is greater than 6. 2%,with the increase of the concentration of the flame retardant,the flame retardant performance improvement is not obvious.
