摘　　要：紧密连接蛋白分布在不同的组织器官,一些紧密连接蛋白家族在肺癌中存在异常表达,其表达水平的高低对肺癌诊断及预后判断有重要的参考意义,这为研究肺癌的诊断和治疗提供了一个新的方向。The tight junction protein distribution in different tissues and organs, tight junction proteins in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） abnormal expression, and the expression level of the level of lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis judgment of important reference significance for the study of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment provides a new direction.
