摘 要:目的探讨声触诊成像面积比值法与评分法在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别价值。方法回顾性分析2014年12月~2015年1月于大庆市人民医院就诊的56例乳腺病变患者(62个病灶)的超声检查资料。结果面积比值法准确度77.42%和评分法75.81%比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.045 0,P=0.832 0);而二者联合诊断准确度93.55%高于面积比值法和评分法,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.499 0、7.520 8,P=0.010 8、0.006 1)。结论声触诊成像面积比值法与评分法在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别中各有优缺点,两者联合可提高诊断准确性。Objective To investigate acoustic radiation force inpules(ARFI)area ratio method and score method in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasonic examination data 56 cases with breast disease patients(62 lesions)in daqing people's hospital from December 2014 to January 2015. Results There was no significant difference in the accuracy of the area ratio method and the score of 75.81% and 77.42%(χ2=0.045 0,P=0.832 0). The two combined with diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.55% higher than that of the area ratio method and scoring method(χ~2=6.499 0,7.520 8,P=0.010 8,0.006 1). Conclusion ARFI area ratio method and score method has advantages and disadvantages in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions,the combination can improve the diagnosis accuracy.
