摘  要:目的:以魔芋葡甘聚糖、海藻酸钠共混体系为载体材料,制备黄连素凝胶微球。方法:采用滴制法制备凝胶微球,单因素实验考察多糖浓度、共混比例(魔芋葡甘聚糖:海藻酸钠)、加药量、Ca Cl2溶液浓度对微球的影响,正交试验设计优化微球制备工艺,并采用多指标综合评分法对其进行评价。结果:优化的最佳制备工艺为多糖浓度2.5%,共混比例1:5,加药量0.5 g,Ca Cl2溶液浓度3%,微球的综合评分最高。结论:采用滴制法制备凝胶微球,方法简便易操作,制得的微球圆整性好,载药量和包封率均较高。Objective: The study is to prepare berberine gel microspheres with konjac glucomannan (KGM) and sodium alginate (SA) as carrier materials. Method: The gel microspheres were prepared by dipping method. The influence factors on microspheres such as polysaccharides concentration, the ration of KGM to SA, the dosage and CaC12 concentration were studied by single factor experiment. The extraction technology of microspheres preparation was optimized by orthogonal design, and evaluated by multiple index comprehensive evaluation. Result: The best conditions of berberine gel microspheres were optimized as following: 2.5% polysaccharides, the ration of KGM to SA (5:1), 0.5g dosage, 3%CAC12 concentration. Conclusion: The drip method of hydrogel microspheres preparation was simple and easy to operate. The microspheres have good shape, high drug loading rate and encapsulation efficiency.
