摘 要:以阻燃中密度纤维板为表板,以酚醛泡沫为芯材,分别采用白乳胶、酚醛胶和脲醛胶分别制备酚醛泡沫体-中密度纤维板夹芯板,并检测其燃烧性能。结果表明,一定涂胶量情况下,3种胶黏剂制备的夹芯板的内结合强度均可达0.16 MPa;采用酚醛胶制备的夹芯板的热释放速率峰值、耗氧量、CO/CO2产率比值均最低,阻燃性能最佳。Polyvinyl acetate, phenol-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde resins were individually used as adhesives to make sandwich composites with fire retardant medium density fiberboard for faces and phenolic foams as the core. Combustion performance of the composites was tested. The results showed that sandwich composites made with each of the three resins had internal bond strength that could reach0.16 MPa with the appropriate amount of glue consumption. The sandwich composite glued with phenol-formaldehyde resin had the best fire retardant performance with the lowest peak heat release rate(pk HRR), oxygen consumption and CO/CO_2 yield value.
