摘　　要：深部脑刺激疗法已被广泛用于治疗多种功能性神经疾病。其中,丘脑底核高频深部脑刺激已成为帕金森病外科治疗的首选方法,可显著改善帕金森病患者的震颤、运动徐缓和肌强直三大症状。尽管该治疗方法有很好的疗效,但其作用机制目前尚未完全阐明。本文就其作用机制的研究进展作一综述。Deep brain stimulation has been widely used in the treatment of a variety of functional neurological diseases. Among them, the high- frequency deep brain stimulation of subthalamic nuclei, which can significantly improve tremor, bradykinesia, and rigidity in patients with Parkinson＇s disease, has become the preferred method of surgical treatment for Parkinson＇s disease. Although the treatment is effective, but its mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. In this review, we summarized the mechanisms of action of the high-frequency deep brain stimulation of subthalamic nuclei.
