摘  要:目的研究大孔树脂纯化得到的益智总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。方法以大孔树脂纯化得到的益智总黄酮为研究对象,并以Vc为对照,对其还原能力及1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼(·DPPH)自由基、·ABTS+自由基、羟基(·OH)自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2-·)自由基的清除能力和对铁氰化钾还原能力进行探讨。结果纯化后黄酮含量为51.68%的益智总黄酮对·DPPH自由基、·ABTS+自由基、羟基(·OH)自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2-·)自由基的清除能力的IC50分别为0.122 mg/ml、0.656 mg/ml、2.571 mg/ml和1.458 mg/ml,且对铁氰化钾还原能力的EC50为0.064 mg/m L,因此具有较强的还原能力。结论益智总黄酮表现出良好的体外抗氧化活性,为益智今后的研究提供了理论依据。Objective To analyze the in vitro antioxidant capacities of flavonoids from Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus. Methods The flavonoids was evaluated by five models of antioxidant activity: ·DPPH,ABTS+·,·OH,O_2-·,Fe^(3+),with Vc as reference substance. Results The results showed that compared with the positive control Vc,the flavonoids from Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus had stronger capacity of scavenging on ·DPPH,ABTS+·,·OH,O_2-· with IC50 of 0. 122 mg / m L,0. 656 mg / m L,2. 571 mg / m L and 1. 458 mg / m L,respectively,and strong reduction capacity of Fe^(3+). It was indicated that the flavonoids from A.oxyphyllae Fructus had certain antioxidant capacity. Conclusion The purified flavonoids from A. oxyphyllae Fructus exhibit obviously antioxidation ability,and also showed a higher reduction capability. This provided the basis for the further development of A. oxyphyllae Fructus.
