摘  要:目的利用紫外谱线组法测试山楂及其不同炮制程度炭品在不同极性溶剂中的紫外谱线图谱,根据它们的紫外谱线图谱峰位置的差异,对其加以区分鉴别。方法采用中药紫外谱线组法进行鉴别,对获得的紫外谱线组进行分析。结果山楂生品及其炭品的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有明显差异,可以用于山楂及不同炮制品的比较鉴别。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可以鉴别区分山楂及其炮制品。Objective To identify Crataegus and its different degrees of carbon products in different solvents by UV spectra lines group,and distinguish and identify them according to difference in their peak position in UV spectrum patterns. Methods The analysis was done by studying UV spectrum group draft by UV spectral line group. Results The UV spectrum of Crataegus and its carbon products showed obviously different images and maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensity,which can be used to compare and identify Crataegus and its different processed products. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and can be used to distinguish and identify Crataegus and its different processed products.
