摘 要:我国企业人力资源管理缺乏科学、合理的规划,人力资源专业素质普遍较低,观念落后。人力资源的培训,薪酬福利制度与人民生活水平提高相一致,合理的、持续发展的绩效管理体系,人性化的人力资源管理制度成为企业文化的重要组成部分,是我国企业人力资源管理的发展趋势,这一趋势需要国家层面的政策引导和鼓励,要求完善教育制度,提升科技水平,加快人才队伍建设。along with the further development of the reform of market economic system, talents become the main driving force of enterprise development in the information era, human resources management become an important topic which the enterprise faces. In this paper, the analysis of the problems existing in the enterprise human resources management in our country now, that the survival and development of human resources man-agement system related to the business unit, the need for enterprises to the human resources management of continuous exploration and innovation. The development trend of human resources management in modern en-terprises require the innovation, in order to adapt to the new normal economic development needs, in the de-velopment process of the supply side structural reform, combination of enterprise human resources management innovation path and the national strategy, promote the further development of our country market economy sys-tem reform, promote economic growth.
