摘 要:实操性非常强的物流管理专业,该如何开展物流实训课,才能实现培养合格的物流人才是物流实训教学中最棘手的问题之一。此处,简要回顾了我国物流实训教学载体的发展与演化过程,并针对每种载体的实训教学方案进行了对比分析,通过对比分析指出了前三代物流教学实训方案的优劣性,并从最新的第四代(3D)物流教学实训方案中发现了解决方案,不但解决了学校的成本投入难题、安全问题,同时大幅提高了学生的学习热情和积极性,更为重要地是使得实训教学效果得以满足物流行业的人才需求。因此,本文通过对比分析和实际测试最终得出第四代(3D)物流教学实训方案为今后我国高校切实可行的物流实训载体及实训方案的发展方向。Logistics management major is required to have greater operation ability and wider adaptability,so it counts to combine teaching with practice. However,how to carry out the logistics training courses so as to cultivate qualified logistics talents is one of the most intractable problems in logistics practice teaching. Through the contrast analysis,the paper pointed out that the pros and cons of the three generations ago logistics practice teaching schemes,and from the new fourth generation( 3D) logistics practice teaching scheme found a solution,which not only can solve the school cost problem,safety problem,also can greatly improve the students' learning enthusiasm and initiative. More importantly it is to make the effect of practical teaching can meet the demand for talent in logistics industry. Therefore,this article made a comparative analysis and the actual test,and finally obtained the fourth generation( 3D) logistics training plan is the future of China's colleges and universities practical logistics training carrier and training program development direction.
