财经类高职学生卡特尔16PF人格特征分析--以北京财贸职业学院学生16PF分析结果为例

摘　　要：本研究采用卡特尔十六种个性因素问卷（16PF）对我院高职生945名学生进行问卷调查。结果显示：（1）学生人格特征总体情况处在中间水平,标准分数的平均值介于4.6~7.5之间;（2）不同性别学生在乐群性等8个因子上存在显著性差异;（3）不同生源学生在智慧性等6个因子上存在显著性差异;（4）非独生与独生子女在恃强性等6个因子上存在显著性差异;（5）不同年级学生在有恒性等14个因子上存在显著性差异。结论：我院高职生在16PF人格特征上存在性别、生源、是否独生子女、年级上的差异。In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 945 vocational students in BCFC by using the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF）. The results show that：（1） the overall situation of the students’ personality is in the middle level and the average score of the standard score is between 4. 6~7. 5;（2） Students of different genders have significant differences in 8 factors such as sociability;（3） Students from different places have significant differences in 6 factors such as wisdom;（4） There are significant differences between the non only child and the only child in the 6 factors such as aggressiveness;（5） There are significant differences between dif-ferent grade students on 14 factors such as perseverance. Conclusion：There are some differences in gender, source of students,whether the only child and grade in the 16PF personality characteristics of higher vocational students in BCFC.
