摘　　要：时代较早的文献对汉水源流的记载,同后世水系实况严重不符。魏晋以来,许多学者力求解释这一现象,但众说纷纭,歧见丛出,久无定论,遂成史地学上一大疑案。直到近世,方弄清汉水中断、河道变易的真相。这一疑案的获解,对于古地志学和古代史研究都具有重大意义,有必要做一番全面、系统的梳理工作,以为涉及此域的学人们提供些资料信息的查阅线索。Those earlier documents about the beginning of Hanshui River do not conform to the later facts. Therehave been quite a number of explanations, which have come to no agreement. Until modern times is the truth out,which bears great significance to the study of ancient topology and ancient history and a systematic, comprehensivereview is badly needed to provide necessary clues for those who are interested.
