摘  要:创新了机电类专业实现人才培养与需求无缝对接的四段递进工学交融人才培养模式。依托工业自动化教学工厂,建立了具体的人才培养模式架构,以"PLC控制系统的设计与安装调试"二级项目为例阐述了人才培养实施过程。经过教学实践也充分验证了该模式的有效性。This paper dwells on the innovation of talents cultivating model for the mechantronics engineering major which is a four-level work-and-learning blending mode with a seamless connection between the labors market demands and talents cultivation. Based on the experience of teaching factory, this paper puts forward a specific mode of talents cultivation and then illustrates the implementation process of personnel training by taking the design and installation of PLC control system as an example. And further more, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the mode through teaching practice.
