新常态下河南省小微企业自主创新策略分析

摘　　要：在经济新常态下,中国经济面临着下行压力,只有通过科技创新才能促进中国经济在较长时期内保持中高速增长。认为河南省小微企业数量在本地企业实体数中所占绝对比重,吸收劳动力就业能力是大型企业的3倍,因此小微企业自主创新能力的强弱对河南省经济发展至关重要。通过SWOT分析法探讨了河南省影响小微企业自主创新的内外部因素,并结合层次分析法得出只有充分利用外部机遇,扩大企业内部优势的SO策略,才能更好地提高小微企业自主创新能力的结论。Under the new normal economy,China’s economy is facing downward pressure. Only through technological innovation can China’s economy maintain medium and high speed growth in a long period of time.According to the article,the number of small and micro enterprises in Henan Province accounts for an absolute proportion in local business entities,their ability to absorb labor force is three times stronger than that of large enterprises,and therefore their independent innovation capability is crucial for the economic development in Henan Province. The paper discusses the internal and external factors affecting the independent innovation of small and micro enterprises in Henan Province by using SWOT analysis method. In combination with analytic hierarchy process,the paper reaches the following conclusions： Only by taking advantage of external opportunities to expand the SO strategy of enterprise’s internal advantage can the independent innovation ability of small and micro enterprises be improved.
