民警艾滋病认知及职业防护措施的调查分析——以兰州市为例

摘　　要：为掌握兰州市民警对艾滋病知识及职业暴露防护措施的知晓情况,采用自制调查问卷,以匿名调查方式对一线基层民警进行问卷调查。调查发现,兰州市基层民警对于艾滋病的概念、潜伏期、症状、检测、预防及传播途径等基本医学知识的知晓率偏低,部分基层民警对艾滋病职业暴露的防护、暴露后保密工作及伤口处理方式认知不足。为更有效地预防公安民警艾滋病职业暴露的发生,相关部门应适时有针对性地面向民警开展艾滋病健康教育,并将教育重点放在提高艾滋病防护意识和自我保护能力方面。In order to investigate the public security policemen＇ s awareness and knowledge of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS ） and their occupational exposure protective measures in Lanzhou city, the policemen in LanzhoU who worked in the public security departments were surveyed by an anonymous and independent-designed questionnaire. The results showed that the grass-roots public security policemen in Lanzhou had a lower level of AIDS-related general knowledge, including the concept, incubation period, symptoms, detection, prevention and transmission of ADIS. Meanwhile, it was obvious that their cognitive level on protection knowledge of occupational exposure to HIV, the confidential work and the wound treatment after exposure to HIV also needed to be greatly improved. Therefore, in order to more effectively prevent the HIV occupational exposure of public security policemen, relevant departments should carry out the AIDS health education targeted on public security policemen. Furthermore, the emphasis should be placed on improving the awareness of AIDS prevention and self-protection.
