摘　　要：ERP沙盘模拟是一种体验式教学模式,能够让学生把学到的理论知识应用到实际企业运作过程中,在企业模拟对抗中掌握供应链管理的基本思想和理论。通过阐述供应链管理实践教学的必要性,提出应用ERP沙盘增强学生的实践能力,描述ERP沙盘的运作过程,分析其在供应链管理实践教学中的应用,并用真实数据分析企业的成长过程。Supply chain management is a comprehensive discipline,which involves many contents. Improving supply chain management practice teaching system has an important significance for the cultivation of student’s practical ability. Enterprise Requirements Planning（ ERP） sand table simulation is a kind of experience type teaching mode,which can let the students learn the application of theoretical knowledge to practical operation in the enterprise. And then,the students can master the basic theory of supply chain management in the fight against. Through expounding the necessity of supply chain management practice teaching,this paper puts forward the application of ERP sand table to enhance the student’s ability of practice,and then describes the operation process of ERP sand table. Hence ERP application in the teaching practice of supply chain management is analyzed,and the process of enterprises growth is explored by real data.
