奥氮平合并团体治疗对偏执型精神分裂症的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨药物合并认知行为互动团体治疗对偏执型精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及社会功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2015年1~12月在沈阳市精神卫生中心住院并诊断为偏执型精神分裂症的患者100例。全部患者采用随机数字表法随机分为药物合并认知行为互动团体治疗的研究组（n=50）及单纯使用药物治疗的对照组（n=50）。研究组进行每组10例,每周1次,为期8周的认知行为互动团体治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗8周后对两组进行量表评定,量表选择简明精神病量表（BPRS）、阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、个人和社会功能评定量表（PSP）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）。结果 治疗8周后两组比较,研究组的BPRS、PANSS评分显著低于对照组;研究组的PSP评分显著高于对照组;研究组的ITAQ评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 认知行为互动团体治疗有助于提高偏执型精神分裂症患者的临床疗效,有助于提高患者治疗的依从性及提高患者的社会功能。Objective To investigate the effect of drug combined with interactive group cognitive behavior therapy on paranoid mental division disease treatment compliance of patients and social function recovery. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia were selected from January to December 2015 in Shenyang Mental Health Center. All patients were randomly divided into study group （n=50） treated with drug combined psychotherapy and control group（n=50） treated with drug therapy alone. Study group of 10 people each, once a week, 8-week inter- active cognitive behavioral group therapy, before treatment and after 8 weeks treatment, the two groups were rating scale, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）, Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）, Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire （ITAQ）, Personal and Social function rating scale （PSP） were selected. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the study group and the control group were compared, the PANSS score and BPRS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group; the ITAQ score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the PSP score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Interactive group cognitive behavior therapy is helpful to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with paranoid schizophrenia and improve the compliance of patients and improve the social function of the patients.
